★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racial profiling is absolutely NOT ok in this country!! How dare your staff single my friend and I out while shopping in your store!! You say you have the right to search your bags, well guess what Mr Proffatt, store manager, we have the right to refuse! Your eyeballs nearly fell out of their sockets once you found out that one of us was a former Maori female police officer...yeah mate! Educate yourself on the correct legislation pal cos clearly you and your staff have no frikn idea!! The look on your face when we asked for the trespass notice was gold lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a small, neighborhood supermarket with limited ranges in any one category, but shelves are kept well stocked. They have excellent produce and meat departments and newly installed freezers.

Holiday season means busy super markets yes, have found new world shelves forever low if not already out of stock.
The trolley collecting CUSTOMER deserves a job, not even employed yet collects from all over the carpark and has some amazing manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TImes are a bit different then usual so the slight problems with stocking items is ommited in this review. The staff at the checkout allways seems to be vibrant and jolly and leave you with a smile on your face. Well laid out and easy to find. Like always the prices were as expected. Sadly no self checkouts so a quick grab and go can be a bit slower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got seriously offended today, as the counter lady asked to check my bag. I bought only few items which I said I can carry in my hand, I had a side bag, my purse. She didn't ask to check the bag of the person who was in the front, nor in the back, it was me. I am wondering what is her criteria for deciding to check my tiny purse? Was it bcz my skin is brown and did my look somehow offended her? I am very upset and offended. I will not go to this shop again.
