β β β β β Friendly staff they have a lot better range of vegan and vegetarian food options than other new worlds near by. They have some good deals going on in island bay. Good range of beer selection and they always have some good deals on beer and wine. They have good car parking as well.

β β β β β Really friendly staff who have been there for years. They are always so lovely,patient and helpful. Beautiful team of top women. Itβs only a smallish supermarket, so doesnβt have the huge range of other stores, but the service in all departments makes up for it.

β β β β β New World is very close to my house and the best place to go shopping to. It has food for years, has food for anything youβre looking to get. They have a good service, very easy shopping with the staff and clearly marked aisles. They have kind chatty staff and the staff can easily help you find what youβre looking for. They never run out of stock, so if what youβre looking for isnβt there, ask staff to get it.
New World is definitely one of the greatest shopping markets in NZ.

- Produce is usually good quality.
- Meat is great and always well stocked.
- Grocery has mainly basics.
- Prices of some items has doubled in under a year.
- Checkout staff are not friendly especially at self service. They stare as if you're about to steal something.
- good car park.
