★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store that offers a lot of barieties of items you need on daily basis with slightly cheaper price compared to other supermarkets in town.
They always have special prices, extra low items that surely helps.
There are lot of choices of fresh veggie and fruits, meat, poultry, fresh seafood as well. Chips, biscuits, spices, asian food, wine and beverages are also abundant.
They carry Pams and Value brand for cheaper options. They also have indomie and mie sedap, the famous instant noodle from Indonesia. Yaaay
You need to scan the NZ Covid-19 tracker when entering the place.
It has big parking lot, open as well as covered. There is ramp and this place is also disability friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many others we had a horrible experience with the store security . And a terrible experience with this one new checkout operator who refused to provide service to my disabled wife, which as well as being unlawful discrimination it also humiliated and embarrassed her.
Pre " covid19" this store was way better and the reg checkout staff (that I note now are not anywhere near as happy) were friendly and great. But with that angry rude problematic security guy's vibes and the fact the store adopted the stupid unscientific and anti social fascist govt rules its no wonder they are down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent organics section. Capacious parking under awnings that are an engineering feat to behold. Never fail to check out the magazine rack (New Scientist) to see whether the ultimate questions are answered yet. Produce section always fresh and sensibly sourced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its all good as far as supermarkets go, pretty good variety of foods and good underground parking. The price of groceries is extortionate no matter what supermarket you choose so they all get a 2 star at most from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great! That's until you encounter Darren the security guard who is extremely unpleasant at times. Arrogant, condescending and judgemental. The other staff I've encountered are all A+. Lovely & non judgemental, smiling and happy to greet you.
