β β β β β No complaints about brandname. New world new lynn is my regular store from long. However, customer service received by SHAHIN last night gave me second thoughts about coming back. How can you allow your operators to speak in other language in front of customer. Little did she knew, i understood her judgemental comment about me when she was passing it in other language. Shame! This girl is representing NW New Lynn in the most negative way.

β β β β β I am sending a big thank you to the check out and admin desk at New Lynn New World for their help yesterday. Busy as they were they took time to go the extra mile when my mobile phone top up receipt failed to come home with me. I was spared a very inconvenient return trip back to the store to retrieve it. The staff took the time to locate their copy of the top up invoice and relay the top up number to me. They could have easily said sorry and not helped, but they took the time to do so. Phone top ups are important at this time and I would have struggled to replace it. Thank you so much for your help. Cheers!

Yes your store is clean and your shelves are stocked. Your produce is fresh... Congrats. But your customer service is disgusting. From checkout operators to supervisors. From talking about customers and shaming them once they have left the store to doing it to so they can hear the insults... Disgusting.

β β β β β Extremely clean premises, with ample parking spaces. Spacious supermarket & extremely well set up. Overall staff are always Professional, helpful & super friendly. On my previous visit, Alisha at the checkout counters, was extremely friendly, helpful & just Brilliant. The only downfall is that, it's quite exorbitant, compared to it's nearby competition. Iam always provided with excellent customer services" on every visit of mine....Am a regular here .β€οΈ?
