Returned to your store today & was busy, people, knocked into me the shelf stakers where in the way, none of your staff, understood to be patient, & that people, who have injuries need people to be patient with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for my Covid I'll neighbor at her favorite shop New World on Preston's rd . Every floor Staff I needed help with finding stuff were Soo helpful and kind and then the Serving Staff at the counter as well. It was soo Awesome to be served and cared for by so many kind and curtious and happy staff in 1 shop. Other grocer shops need to take lessons from this awesome shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop but on multiple occasions I have found the disabled parks are full of cars without permits. Which means I was unable to use the parks and in turn, couldn't do my shopping since I couldn't get my mobility aid out.
This shop also has staff members who only wear plastic face shields WITHOUT masks. That's extremely concerning, as fase shields offer no protection.
It gives the wrong message about how little the store seems to care about safety measures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully laid out shop with plenty of room in the isles. Plenty of ranges in food items so plenty of choices. Clean and tidy. Felt calm and un-hurried in this space. Good range of fresh baked goods.
