★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer facing skills from check out staff! I asked for some empty wine boxes for my wine. The old dragon walk the floor who appeared to be a manager treated me with contemptuous disregard. I was told that no boxes were available due to covid-19. I politely pointed out that there's never been any scientific evidence of transmission from cardboard and that all other stores provide them. This person of low intelligence simply couldn't deal with this situation! Also other security staff started to gather. What a horrible shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite Pak'n'Save in Christchurch. Good range of veggies, fresh fruit, and seafood. Fresh baked goods like bread and buns here. Overall a good place to get all your grocery needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only went there due to gift voucher. Not convinced to change to shop there. Dosen't appear to have things set out in a good order. This could be just because I'm not used to shopping there. Found for the amount I purchased the price was quite high. I am going to compare with my regular supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a big store. Just in front of Applied fuel in Wainoni. Traffic lights control enter and exit to the supermarket if u r heading towards it from Applied fuel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this PacknSave massive or what ! These guys have so much to choose from. The isle are super wide great if shopping with a bunch of free roaming ankle biters, but perhaps choose a time that is suitable so you can keep and in them better. Wheel chair access, no problem, plenty of room to navigate a wheeled chariot. I was gob snacked by the great choices they had on offer. The staff are super friendly and that my friends is a bonus because good staff is what brings you back. Kudo’s to you Pak N Save Wainoni I enjoyed my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my lunch during my study period during school and was disgraced by the service. I was greeted by the security who instantly told me to leave, this made me feel profiled by my age. I continued to calmly tell him that I was in my study and didn't need to be in school. I genuinely wanted to come in and spend my hard earned money, and he told me I wasn't allowed because I had no parent with me. I think this is a silly rule as it is between me and my school what I do with my time, and could of been going home. I asked why this rule is in place multiple times and the security didn't give me one good reason. I think this rule should be reviewed and changed as some people need to go to the supermarket for things like their lunch, and with you declining me you are loosing my money and costumer loyalty. Disappointing experience overall, would not recommend.
