What an absolute shambles... definitely 1 star too many! Item promptly dispatched by sender but lost (or potentially stolen) shortly afterwards in transit between AKL and CHC, despite being traceable. Appalling telephone customer service offering no apology and refusing to accept responsibility nearly 2 weeks post shipping/freight acceptance. I would personally discourage anyone (including any businesses serious about maintaining their reputation) from partnering with this dreadful and seemingly amateur company.

I have a parcel they sent to the wrong address, nobody finds out until I noticed. Their customer service sooooo bad, not helpful at all. They left my parcel in somebody else house. So unprofessional!!! Very upset with them.

I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like I have to with this being the second time I've used nz couriers and second time they've been late as with my parcel. but the this time has been ridiculous. After already waiting a week, weirdly they dropped off and signed my parcel to silverdale industrial 7 days ago and literally my drop off address is 1 minute away from there. like how hard is it to drive that extra 1 minute. Still waiting.

Worst than Aramex! Nz post still the better one. Requested to leave the parcel in the letter box to avoid sign on delivery because of COVID. Keep checking the delivery status every hour so I can ask my mate to grab it from the letter box once delivered because I got my passport inside! Okay no update at all, right! Went home found it outside of my house by the walkway. Good job. Tracking No: 2795907 QWS0054267

Parcel from my employer sent from Auckland 25 November. On 10 December still had not arrived. Called NZ Couriers who advised that was strange as is showing every day as being with the courier for delivery. Would investigate and get back to me. This was confirmed with an email. 4 working days later, nothing so I sent an email to the investigator. Nothing. Four weeks and still no parcel and no response. Disgusting service.

Courier offices are never that exciting. But even in the greatest news of pre-Christmas deliveries, they were friendly and managed to find my package within a reasonable time. Five stars when you manage to deliver to my address...

DO NOT USE NZ COURIERS. Paid for an overnight delivery of a vehicle part I needed urgently. The sender got it picked up and signed for that day. They failed to deliver due to them putting it on the wrong courier. Then they lost it and can't find at any depots. They recommended I order another and when the other shows up then they will return it to sender. Guess what they lost that one aswell. Both overnight deliveries and both lost and the companies can not find them at the depots let alone not know what depot they have gone to. I will never be using nz couriers again. Don't put an option of overnight courier if you can't deliver. Extremely dissatisfied and still without the vehicle part after 5 days. Poor communication also, said they would call me back numerous times and not once did they return a call.

Can't think of an worse courier service in Auckland! I know we are during a pandemic, and so are the other courier services and every other business. These guys are just impossible, and they have the worse customer service. My parcel arrived in New Zealand and was picked up by them on 30 December and today 9 February I still can't get an update. As a response to my query the claim team requested North Harbour branch to physically search for my parcel on the 3 Feb, and they haven't done that as yet. I strongly recommend not to use them, NZ Post or Aramex are not perfect, but they are far better.
