β β β β β I have never been spoken to so badly by a bus driver. I am now going to take the train and walk a larger distance due to this experience. Avoid Newland as much as possible!!

β β β β β the only bus company I know that can show a bus coming on a sign and then suddenly it disappears and does not return so you stand there for half an hour until the next scheduled one comes along. not good enough. if you say a bus is coming at 4.20 then it should be there within a few mins not gone and then suddenly the next one is 4.45 ????????? not good enough.

β β β β β The Churton Park bus that was due, never came. Then the 466 school bus didnβt come either, then the next Churton Park bus was in 6 minutes, we wait for about 15 minutes and then the bus finally came. When it came, the disgusting driver told us that students werenβt allowed on. Everyone waiting for around half and hour was disappointed. I hate this bus and the company has awful employees who are not kind and rude. U wasted my time and money especially considering I already paid for all rides as I have the term pass. Can't wait to change to Tranzit.
