β β β β β Bus never turned up. Took 3 weeks after ringing them for a refund. At first they even tried to lie and said passengers got off at that time so it was definitely there. I definitely wouldn't rely on these guys as they are not above being dishonest.

β β β β β 1 star for no service. Their website is shocking and the call centres are ridiculously busy (funny that). They turned me away trying to catch a bus without a booking, online bookings only. Meanwhile the bus is legitimately empty, the call centre has no useful advice, the information centre to process a cash sale doesn't even open before the first bus arrives... Its unbelievable how this company is still in business, you'd think after all these years they would finally have a better service, but it's been a terrible service for the last few years in my opinion.
