β β β β β Very poor service tonight, ordered food, waited in line for ages, they just go thru the motion almost in slow motion and only to get home to find out that half of what we ordered was missing. Tried ringing so many times and no one answered. We live 30mins away so didnβt bothered to go back but we will never buy from there again. Pathetic service.

β β β β β Disappointed it's been since before New Years 2021 that their soft serve is still broken, we got to go to Nelson for super shakes, staff member at the counter didn't put points onto our bk app either so the misses can go plantinum especially spending $29 a bit on the nose come on team up your game, get that shake machine fixed

β β β β β Sorry guys...service is SO SLOW.my order got given to somebody else then was brought back in by the said customer, then given to me. Nice job. Felt sorry for the old ppl who come in for a feed and left with nothing.....tired of waiting. I'm sure the guy behind the counter is still calling out 20/21. Won't be back....ever.

β β β β β Staff are just going through the motions, it was reflected in the quality of the food. It seemed Saturday nights party was more important than giving a good customer experience. Worse Bk in the country.

Food is all another can of worms though.
Sweet and spicy loaded fries is basically fries with a dash onion and a squirt of sauce.
Come on people!!!!!
You can do better.
Actually i should've taken a photo of the fries in the bin.
