Nick Rowe Architecture
We are an Auckland based design practice located on the Hibiscus Coast Whangaparaoa, 20 minutes north of Auckland’s CBD.
Since its establishment in 2012, Nick Rowe Architecture has completed projects across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
Its Director Nick has gathered over 20 years experience working on residential, commercial and healthcare projects.
Prior to founding Nick Rowe Architecture, Nick spent a number of years working with Crosson Clarke Carnachan Architects. During this time, Nick was responsible for projects that have received extensive media attention and awards.

We specialise in all forms of residential architecture from basic renovations to new homes. We offer a full architectural and interior design service from conceptual design through to consent documentation, and contract observation.
Each project is tailored to our clients needs, aspirations and budget. Our consistent objective is to inspire and exceed expectations.

Nick challenged us on our thought process and put multiple options in front of us, that by far exceeded our expectations. We ended up with a fantastic home will additions that looks like they have always been there. The renovation included extending the dinning room, re-configuring the dinning / lounge area, one of the bedrooms and adding a master bedroom and en-suite. Awesome responsiveness and great working relationship with builders. Cant Thank Nick enough... :)
