Fortunately from my first meeting with Steven at Hear Again, he has talked me through the whole process of hearing loss, and exactly where I needed to go from him.
When I went back again to sort out getting hearing aids, he made the entire process quick and hassle free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my ears suctioned here. It took 5 minutes and was not successful. My ears remained blocked, the first time this has ever happened. I felt as though it was very rushed. I will not return.
Steve to his credit phoned shortly after I posted the above. I returned and he suctioned my ears again for free. He said I had made a lot of wax in under 2 weeks. He was rougher than I had ever previously experienced.I will not be returning
