★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into there store tonight at 840pm (13/10/18)
I asked if they could cook some fresh chips and the guy said he was, so i told tge girl that was serving me that i wanted a pack of large chip from the batch that was in the fryer and then made my othwr purchase. With my change i was given a 20 note which had a large part of ut missing to the point a bank would not accept it as a 20 dollar note so i asked for her to change it and why. She was not impressed then she gave me the old cold chips that were there, i said this is not what i asked for. Disgusting service!!!

Bought a $2.90 item, was charged $3.20 (at first I thought I was wrong so I didn't sa anything and checked again on my way out) got the wrong change, $5 short, which the lady gave me after I told her, no receipt, change was just put in front of her on the counter, not even moved towards me, when I mentioned about being charged the wrong amount, the lady said she doesn't know about it, so I walked out. Staff was friendly but need training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop, great customer service. The staff there are very lovely and there is so much goodies to choose from. I got a $3 iced chocolate just today because it was on special from $6.50 for the monthly Tuesday deal. What a bargain. Anyway, I wasn't expecting much as it was only $3 but it was the best iced chocolate I've had in a while. They make it right infront of you. It had real ice cream in it which I love. Really reccomended. Their shakes are the best.

Staff & service: the guy serving was very rude and disrespectful
Pricing: reasonably priced much like other night and days
Location: very easy to find, and plenty of parking
Stock: no empty shelves. Fully stocked even on a Sunday
My experience: my wife ordered a chocolate deluxe shake and the lad serving her barely paid attention. He then produced an ice chocolate to which my wife informed him that it's not what she ordered. He then proceeded to tell her that she ordered what he gave her... So my wife reluctantly insisted he make what she ordered. After making what she ordered, my wife apologized for the misunderstanding and inconvenience to which he didn't even acknowledge. This guy alone is the reason for the rating.
Recommend:
Best for: besides this one person, night and day is good for anyone needing anything a normal dairy stocks.. milkshakes are amazing
