I have been doing Nik’s (and Stella her greyhounds) yoga classes over the past couple of months and she has been my shining light and yoga Angel during this very difficult time of the COVID19 Lockdown. She is an incredible teacher and her daily guidance and brought me into the mat each day and allowed me to find my love of yoga again. She has an incredible ability to make you feel nourished and energised after each class. She has also assisted me with some health concerns and is always so thoughtful and helpful. Nik is a beautiful soul and I am truly grateful to have her in my life. Thank you for your guidance and teachings. X

Nik is amazing. She is the most fantastic naturopath. I feel so well looked after when I see her. She is so thorough and has the most magical, loving personality. She is so wise and always as the best ideas and suggestions to improve my health. I have also been to her yoga classes and she makes you feel comfortable and guides you through the poses really well. She is so fabulous, like an older sister to me!

I've been lucky enough to have Nik instruct yoga sessions both in our studio twice weekly before work and online during the Co-vid 19 lockdown. Nik's classes are by far the most enjoyable I've taken. By the end of every session you are left feeling revived, relaxed and reinvigorated for the rest of your day. Her balanced combination of engaging both the body and mind throughout the session is great. Nik's classes have become a staple for my week, and my mental and physical well-being. Can't wait to get back on the mat soon!

I started doing Yoga with Nik (Nirmala Wellbeing) during lockdown as she was recommended by my flatmate and she was offering free FaceBook live classes (which in itself is hugely generous). Being able to do these regular classes with Nik has been one of the best things about lockdown and has become an important part of my self-care in these trying times. Even though Nik cannot see her "class" she somehow manages to create a warm, encouraging atmosphere with postures and flows that are both gentle and challenging. She is a very clear communicator and has a kind and reassuring presence (even though she is only on screen!). I always feel in a better place after a yoga class with Nik, and I look forward to one day being able to attend one of her classes in real life.

Nik is truly an amazing yoga teacher! I started my yoga journey with her in 2018 and she has been nothing but a source of positivity and support. Nik is a beautiful soul with extraordinary wisdom about our mind-body connection. She has a gift for instilling calm and mindfulness with her words, perceptions and breathing exercises. Her online yoga classes were an absolute blessing when I was in lockdown in Europe. The flexibility the subscription offers is fantastic – you go on the mat whenever it suits you. The extensive catalogue of sessions, with different styles, allows you to make a selection based on whether you need revitalising in the morning or a calming yin session before bed. I highly recommend Nik, her expert guidance and the wonderful Nirmala Wellbeing site she has created.
