He went to the trouble to make sure that was the problem and explained the adapter I needed for my laptop and reassured me everything I needed was in the box. I am older and wasn't sure what I needed to buy. I can now skype my family for xmas!! You made my holidays. Thank you for you kindness and friendly service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so I never post reviews however today I went into both Noel Leeming Dunedin stores and had such different experiences that it deserved a review at the least. So long story short I brought a new xbox today, got home and for the life of me couldn't get it to work, I took it into Crawford Street and they were so completely useless, wouldn't offer any advice or help and wouldn't even attempt plugging it into a tv there, so i left grumpy and decided to try George Street. I rang in advance to ask if they could help at all and they were more than happy to so I went in and I was honestly blown away, they were so friendly, listened to me, took it straight to plug in without a second thought and helped me through every step of the set up. I know its not a matter of life and death but honestly Luke and the team deserve raises!
