★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of products as expected, great variety. Only let down was some of the staff felt very 'standoff-ish' and very much inclined to help the more smartly dressed customers than myself (In very casual clothing). Though the few staff members I did talk to were amazing!

I watched an elderly man quietly ask at reception for service by the phones area and the staff lady who was very busy with a louder customer sort of dismissed him saying no ones there. The man just nodded and walked back to the phone area and stood there. I'm pretty sure he'd be standing there for a while lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experienced, my third problems I bought iPhone 13Promax, so many issues, received text messages no sound, touch screen many times not working, when in to the shop nearly an hour finally got my full refun, but all my latest plastering client text can not retrieve ?very doggie. Last time I brought a 65in Samsung TV, installer not finish the installation properly, have to make many times complain, then eventually fixed, got $200 off for installing bill. I bought a small item, just less than 3 weeks, not working well, can’t be bother just chuck into the rubbish bin. Bought a heat fan, just won’t work after 1 year warrant expired, ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Savanna directed us to Cds which we wanted and it was a great experience ?. I loved the Vinyl section and hopefully come back again with a list. Really like games and Vinyls. Very good collections. Thanks team. Aloha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a sale in here. They also price matched and price beat other stores selling the same product I was after which was awesome. Staff are good. Lay out of the store flows nicely. They've got pretty much anything you need just ask ?
