β β β β β Reasonably good service. Was a bit miffed that a price label was wrong. I thought I got a bargain until staff informed me it was more expensive. Didn't actually apologise but I bought it anyway because I needed it. Good stock. Always busy.

β β β β β I asked for some help with an item I wanted to purchase, as I was going to be spending over $700 and wanted to make sure I was getting advice on my purchase. I was told that the 2 people I asked for help aren't sales people. I'm glad I did my own research prior to going in, but others might not necessarily have done this and be hoping to talk to a sales person when they go into a shop to make a purchase.

β β β β β I had to drop off a package returns for TheMarket. The staff Anu was very friendly and kind and guided me when I was confused at the entrance. I wandered about and find some cool stuff which was on my list. There are a lot of offers and new phones out too. Thanks Team.

β β β β β I was very happy with the service i recieved. As they were busy at the time i went in we were still served within 5 minutes of being there. I got exactly what i needed. The staff that served me was knowledged about the product i needed an made a very good recommendation.

β β β β β Had to find a salesperson to buy the TV and then when I finally got one , delivery and installation was scheduled for about 10 days later. When the TV was delivered the man that delivered it stated he didn't do installation apparently the wrong people had been dispatched with the TV. After 4 separate phone calls to sort this matter out I am finally getting my new TV that is sitting in my living installed I almost 3 weeks time. I wish I had gone with another store. Whilst my old TV works the led lights are coming off so not the best viewing experience.

β β β β β I am kicking myself for not paying more attention to the girl who served me today. She was so polite and helpful.
I had a problem with a SodaStream cylinder and she was great solving the problem with as little hassle as possible. If I had of paid more attention I would have known her name and written to the company telling them how impressed I was with the service she provided.
