Now that they are located in The Warehouse they have gone down hill big time.
I did a click & collect online -
I got the email to say its ready to collect, I went to collect and they were closed, it was 1pm and no reason given.
I went back the next day to find a 2 ques a mile long with only 2 staff members. I eventually made it to the front of the que to find out that I'm in the wrong que and need to go to The Warehouse customer service desk.
So I'm now in another mile long que, finally get to the front to be told I'm at the wrong window again, I move to the correct que, wait another 15min before getting served only to find out that they couldn't locate the items I had purchased?
So not only did I waste my time but I didn't even get the items id purchased.
I requested a refund immediately which I'm still waiting for.
I used to love going to Warehouse Stationery.
I will never go there again, or The Warehouse.
I don't blame the staff for this experience at all, this is a classic case of rich men in suits trying to make more money at the expense of us the consumers.
I wish I could choose 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried ringing the warehouse Porirua to put something on hold. Somebody answered the phone but then must have just put the phone down as I could hear background noise but no one was answering. After asking if anyone was there multiple times I just hung up and called again but they wouldn't answer. Rang 3 times no answer. I just gave up and made the trip 45 mins to the warehouse because your app says what I wanted was in stock. When I got there they haven't even stocked it yet. Slacking much ?

Moving the Warehouse Stationary into The Warehouse has clearly caused some big challenges for the Warehouse Stationary Team. I had a complex multi file printing job that required me to go there three days in a row. The queuing was long and somewhat frustrating but once I got to the front of the queue there was Jayson 'the man'. He was very patient and took the time to understand my job and then just worked methodically to get it done as quickly as possible.
I was there at 9.15am somedays and 4.30pm other days and from what I could see Jayson was a machine just working continually to get that up to 6 deep queue of customers served and on there way!
Jayson my friend, thank you for your service!
