★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and pushy . Was just seeing if more people wanted to order. The food itself looked like the chicken wasn't cooked enough, was only filled with veges . Was the worst meal I have ever had from them. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give ZERO stars! Poor hygiene. We did not eat food as we saw extended coughing in the food prep areas with NO MASK soon fter we bought the food. Poor service as well. Will never go back. Wish i had checked the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service - have tried calling to leave an order and staff just straight up ignore the phone ringing. When asked about this staff said this was standard. Very rude when taking my order - but I watched them be equally as rude to the next customer. Hygiene is shockingly bad, the two chefs either didn’t have a mask or wore it around their chin. Watched one guy wipe his nose with his hand then grab food. Reccomend you avoid as it seems they aren’t interested in repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life, I wish I had not paid and taken the food. Followed by the worst customer service was the worst food I’ve ever had. Worst $16 of my life. I have no clue how the shop is still open. Absolutely disgusting. Food was foul, chicken was hard and chewy like it had been a bad cut and sitting all day. If you are in this area go to NOODLE CANTEEN PAKURANGA. It is 100X better quality food and service. This shop needs to be shut down. Feral owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely some of the worst customer service and then just skimped on the food. 10 little bits of honey chicken with the guy insisting that is normal. I love noodle canteen, but don't come here, go to the one in Botany or the one in Royal Oak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! I am a lover of honey soy chicken fried rice or fried noodles! And omg there was no flavour at all! I called to have it made so I wouldn’t have to wait, and the guy was like what you want, I told him my order and he just hung up! Didn’t even say how long! I got there after like 5 mins and order was already sitting there! You pay money for decent / good food! This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! I’m so disappointed! I had to come home and add flavour to make it taste better so I didn’t feel like I was wasting my money! I should have read the reviews before I went! 100% NEVER GOING BACK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay attention to anything here talking about the poor customer service, its almost impressive how rude the employees here can be in such a short span of conversation. In the many times I've interacted with staff here not once have I felt welcome, only that they hate their jobs and my being there is only an inconvenience.
The food is okay but the staff alone make it worth to go down a few stores and order from someplace else.
