β β β β β I have high expectation because of the overwhelmingly positive ratings on google maps. And I was disappointed.
I ordered the chashu ramen in a miso based soup. It doesnβt not taste like any miso ramen I have ever tried. A, it does not have any miso flavour. B, it tastes like the Chinese satay flavour to me. This is not what Iβm expecting for a miso ramen. Not my cup of tea. The only plus side is the portion is big.
Second disappointment of the night, they are not licensed restaurant. So I have to settle with non alcoholic beer ??ββοΈ

Among all those Japanese casual food you can find in CBD, this is the most expensive. If only this I can accept it. But it is also tiny in terms of how much food you can get.
$20 beef curry for less than 50 grams of beef slices (probably import sliced), and less than 150 grams of sticky wet rice.
All food taste not as good as average. I used to be ok with it, Because Iβm ok with paying some more to fill my stomach after work late without going home starved.
But this time? I waited 10 mins and finished in 5 mins. Like I hadnβt eaten anything.
I can get as much with less than 10 bucks at KFC.

β β β β β Such a tiny restaurant, but that adds to the experience and feel of the place. You're right next to the kitchen and can see the meals being prepped. The food was good and made quickly.

Ramen was incredibly delicious! The portions given were amazing and the food was reasonably priced ? Placed near Albert st, the interior was small but cozy and is a nice restaurant to get some peace and quiet away from the busy CBD.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food did not take long at all ~ I hope that I can return soon ?
