β β β β β Went today for the fisrt time for my second vaccination jab, the staff were so freindly, courteous, well trained and efficient. Anthony was very kind and their whole customer service was fantastic! They are positive, smiling and very well trained to look after their customers. Highly recommend this local pharmacy. Thanks guys for your super fast service.

β β β β β Don't go there if you want a COVID-19 vaccine as they are totally disorganised. Their booking system is clearly not up to scratch and does not guarentee your place in the queue.
My two previous COVID-19 vaccine injections were at the TΔmaki Vaccination Centre - which is an iwi-led center, and was an amazing experience.

β β β β β I visited here yesterday for my second vaccine. I was very anxious having reacted to the first one and the staff were so kind, caring and understanding it was beyond a lovely relief. I barely felt the injection and they made sure to check on me while I waited which completely reduced any anxiety I was feeling. Thank you so much to your whole team. I am so grateful for your amazing kindness and service ?β€

Myself and two other members of my family had our booster shots at your pharmacy. All three of us were so impressed by how friendly and efficient your team is.
In particular, Luca, who did our initial checks (checking our names and other details), was so wonderfully friendly and an absolute pleasure to engage with. She is a real asset to your team!
It is a pity we donβt live closer to your pharmacy or it would become our regular!
