★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious when you need the antibiotic of "nitrofurantoin" from them since their young pharmacists never done it before and even took 40mins to read the formula book to prepare it! Sorry I shouldn't have trusted them when they told me "not so sure about it"" your doctor only fax through the prescription but not the formula" "never done it before""your doctor didn't tell how to make it"and have made my 7months son so sick and vomiting every time when each feed and ended up with going to hosipital.
By the way they charge $5 service fee when your doctor fax through your prescription to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) This pharmacy charges extra $5 if you get your prescription emailed there instead of going there with a physical copy of the prescription. If you go to the pharmacy on Clyde road in browns bay, you don't have to pay extra $5.
2) One time I went there with a physical copy of my script for a non-funded medication. The lady there said they don't have stock of that particular medication and if they order it in for me, it'd cost $80+ for 30 tablets. I rang up the pharmacy in browns bay, they said that medication only costs $55 for 30 tablets and they had them in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but we Can’t trust you guys anymore. My mom is a non-resident but needs prescription medicines every three month (as she stuck here under COVID-19.) This is the 3rd time we got a prescription but the first time using Northcross pharmacy, they told my wife that they need to charge us $120 for the medicines EVERY MONTH, therefore 3 months will be $360. But other pharmacies we used previously only charged us 50 bucks per month which a 3 month total is $150. We are fully aware that my mom is not a NZ resident and it’s clearly stated in the prescription and we don’t want to put extra pressure on the NZ health system, therefore, we do expect to pay more, but $360 vs $150 is a huge difference but neither on the medicine nor the service. Then my wife took back the prescription and drove to another branded and well-known pharmacy, paid $50.......DONE! And this is the 3rd prescription! Sorry Northcross Pharmacy, we thought you are a community pharmacy serving neighbourhood, and you’ve been located here for ages, you have the policies and the know-how since you are not a newbie in this industry. Then how come this happened? Are you franchised and you have you own price? I’m unwilling to say it’s a fraud, but you don’t have our trust anymore.
