★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was passing through Browns Bay and was in a rush. I popes in just to get a medication for my wife and when I reached home in Pakuranga, my wife showed me the expiry date is Feb 2020 (Eight months expired). We were definitely shocked that a reputable pharmacy would sell expired item!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the counter was very rude! I arrived first. But she service the lady came after me. Even the lady told her that I came earlier. The girl at the counter said that's ok. That's not ok. The staff should know the basic social rules and politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to ask about Rat tests and the person who answered was extremely rude, I’m not a sensitive person but she had me in tears. My friend, who’s daughter had a positive test this morning advised me to call as they helped her this morning to get a test. I was not in contact with her daughter but with her for about 20 mins … I don’t count that as a close contact to a positive person as my friend tested negative. Instead of going off at me innocently asking a question, maybe you should listen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never in my life experienced rude staff like I did at this pharmacy. I don’t know if the lady had something against me or was just rude all the time. I was next in line and then when it was my turn she says “I’m serving someone else go to her” in the ruuuudest tone. How am I to know? You were serving the guy ahead of me just before? And even if, you can say it in a nicer tone..
