Went to chemist warehouse albany asked 2 staff members for an item that was not on the shelf both told me all sold out yet I pointed out it was in a box on top shelf and both told me it wasn't that item yet I could see it clearly. Poor customer service.

Website said shipping within 48 hours of order… it has been over a week and I’m still waiting for the order. Don’t believe anything they say and their customer service line is a joke…. Gave up after waiting 20 minutes. They care about making money, not their customers.

Saying item is in stock. Got there, looking around nothing asked stuff and they don't even have the product, a man stuff wear glasses are hopeless keep repeat to me “we don't have that “ another stuff try to help me looking for it and that stuff whose wear glasses kept tell me you standing here 10mins already , do you want to come back later …..and keep repeat we don’t have that product..very rude lucky anthers girl help me…

Chemist Warehouse (Albany) Click and collect: 19321281 28/12/21: 15:10 Order placed 29/12/21: 12pm I arrive to collect the order waiting to be served at the Click and Collect booth. The attendant then asked me to go the back of the cue for all customers and someone else at the counter will help me. I get to the front and go to Booth #1. That attendant is unable to help me, and he asked me to go to booth #2. The attendant at booth #2 is also unable to help me because the order is not ready yet due to staff shortages. She offered to get it sorted but are unable because she does not have the code to pull the order, and request for me to come back later. Arriving after 1pm, after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for collection, I go straight to the back of the cue for all customer as I was told earlier. Getting to the front of the cue I wait for booth #2 to assist me because I was already told that the person at booth #1 is not able to help. Now the person at booth #2 tells me to go to Click and Collect, the very place I was told earlier that they cannot help me. After all the drama I did receive my order. Being messed around like this is unacceptable and the staff are either uninformed or does not understand the rules they are supposed to follow. Irrespective of the reason, it comes down to poor management and I hope that senior management will have a word with your staff.

Always great prices for anything and everything you need from a Chemist/Pharmacy. Why get ripped off by buying from other expensive Pharmacies? Ample location and plenty parking spaces in front. Long opening hours 7 days a week and suit your work shifts. No other chemist can beat this. This store is smaller compare to the Westgate store but still has veyr thing you need. Isles are narrow and can get very crowded where you need to squzze past other customers. Not ideal during various Covid19 alert levels. Friendly staff willing help and direct you.

Terrible service at the prescription counter where there is always a line waiting and no one to serve. I went at different times of day and days of week, always a lot of people going in and out, avoid it if you can.

We are totally fed up with the terrible service from this chemist warehouse…. A prescription phoned through AND confirmed still takes 2 1/2 hours to get ready !!!! This is the second time it’s happened since our doctor said they could speed things up sending the prescription through directly!! No matter what you do …. It will take FOREVER to get things sorted . We are going somewhere else from now on. ??

An very unpleasant experience I had lately. I bought two items from chemist warehouse Albany. I paid through Alipay by the mobile app. The mobile app showed "payment completed" thus I started to sort out my items. This was when the cashier stared down at me and said " you have to pay!" Shocked at this response I checked the EFPOST machine which showed "approved". She once again said without looking at the computer said:" You have to pay!" At that time the payment was done. I took the receipt and went towards exit. However, the staff kept yelling loudly and angrily when I was on my way out. Another staff stopped me and reiterated “she said you have to pay” which was untrue. I went back to the counter to explain the truth. She still kept blaming on me. It would have been a forgivable silly mistake that the cashier did not see the payment had been processed, was concerned and wrongly suspected the customer to be a shoplifter. In any event, if her attitude changed when she realised the payment was done and apologized saying it was a mistake, I would have said no worries and let it go. Unfortunately, the staff made it a scene. It is unacceptable that she treated a decent customer like a shoplifter and spoke rudely into the my face without any apologies. I don't think Chemist Warehouse would train upfront line staff in such a unprofessional way. If they did, the training progress has failed tremendously.
