★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get ball joints, tie rods and new tyres. Took over 2 weeks to get done even though i booked a date and time in advance and vehicle was picked up with worse steering as they never did what I brought it in for. Brand new $400 tyre ruined within 2 weeks as never done the alignment, one tie rod or ball joints even though quoted for it.
Issue with brakes was noticed and addressed, when I picked it up they hadn't bleed them.
Vehicle had no oil in either engine or gearbox when I picked it up and gearbox blew up 3 days later.
They refused to fix or fund repairs to the damage they caused.
By far the worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had...stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest and professional service, thorough but fair warrants and reasonable prices, can't ask for much more. Our family gets half a dozen vehicles looked at here and will continue to do so. Great team of genuine car guys but they can also put things into layman''s terms for people that need it. I have always had trust issues with mechanics after a couple of bad experiences but Cymon and the team have put that at ease.

Everything was itemized and areas of future concern were pointed out to me so that I could keep an eye on progress. Well done guys. I highly recommend workmanship and customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and friendly - from giving me good options for getting my car towed to taking time to advise me why they would or would not be fixing things. Only downside was the timing but they are up front about it and it's probably due to how great their service is :)
