Perhaps if your mechanics could actually do their jobs properly I wouldn't have to complain about your business. Whether we personally like each other or not should have nothing to do with it. Any professional business owner would never have let an employee talk to me the way your mechanic did. It was incredibly rude and threatening and I am considering taking this matter further.
