★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm probably strange to review, but I'm so impressed by how quickly they get you in and out. Plus they're open late enough to swing by at the end of the day without missing tons of work. So much better than I've experienced in other cities/ countries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woman on reception has a horrible manner. What kind of people say a small, clean panting dog has to go outside in 28 degrees. Heartless idiots. And no he couldn't stay at home, we were driving south.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is rude. I get it your day/ job might be incredibly busy. SO IS MINE! Try to conduct yourself with more compassion and grace, I'm aware this doesn't come naturally to some, but surely it isn't too hard to act approachable occasionally. I don't feel the need to post feedback often but this type of behavior isn't healthy and needs to be pointed out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a spacious facility with friendly staff. Sometimes receptionist may not be but the nurses are good, professional and friendly. Plenty of seating arrangements. Call and find out a good time to be there, sometimes it could be crowded and one may face long waiting period which could be frustrating. No appointments required. All he best. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always try to come here as the ladies are so adept at taking blood and very kind and friendly - but agree with comments about reception - just repeating what the referring specialist said and she corrected me - twice…That’s right reception lady - you know better than the specialist ???♂️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked the right time to attend. Only 5 people in waiting room!! Agree that the Receptionist could take a lesson in how to deal with people. Other than that, the staff were efficient and polite. Thank you. But as per usual in Whangarei....no close parking!!
