★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would have to be the worst Blood lab l have ever visited. There are some staff there that obviously get paid to chat to each other all day while there is one person taking blood, unbelievable we have been three times in the past month, the same each time. Staff not doing anything but talking amongst themselves with a room full of people waiting. They dont deserve one star. Appalling service.
I have been back a few months later, they were excellent. I could not fault them. Surrounded by an elderly population they are an extremely busy unit.
Different circumstances different days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was essentially turned away without explanation other than system was having issues. Asked how long they expected the wait would be and the staff said if it's an emergency wait if not leave. I began explaining my condition and staff member closed door in my face. Not impressed after making hour drive with 2 kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have been put off returning to lab tests Warkworth. The staff, generally, can be very rude and make you feel as if you shouldn't be there or if your issues don't warrant a blood test. They are ok when you're on your own but I wouldn't advise taking in your children - they have zero sympathy or patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a few times now and the ladies have been extremely helpful and efficient each time.
They are super friendly and put you at ease, I personally prefer this as having a chat while doing their job makes for great service, it makes you feel more comfortable and doesn't stop them doing what needs to be done.
One of the times I had my newborn baby with me who was upset, they found me a spare room to sit in to feed baby until my turn, turning what could of been a stressful experience in a busy waiting room into a much better day. Very thoughtful, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute joke. The staff just walk around talking to one another. Each test takes forever. No idea what they’re doing. They must have the lowest number of tests per day ever. Once I finally got my blood taken, the staff member didn’t even say hello to me and was just generally rude. She didn’t check that my details were correct on the collection tubes, did not ask if I’d had something to eat/drink that day, did not sanitise her hands before taking my blood, and answered the phone once she finished taking my blood so I was just sitting there waiting.
