★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a huge needle phobe with crappy veins and every time I’ve come in they’ve been more than accommodating. Even when I tried to be brave and sit up, the lovely South African technician let me lie on the floor when I got woozy and talked to me about her hometown lol. Really appreciate it, thanks so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there. I had an excellent visit qith an extremely respectful technician however later in the day the tape holding the tiny bandage became uncomfortable and i proceeded to remove it. When i did this it tore the skin leaving a blistery painful wound. I wonder whether the tape needs to be replaced. Can you look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on 16 May for a blood test. It was moderately busy. I checked in and waited. After 45 minutes I worked out staff were on a go-slow. The giveaway was when they shut an intellectually disabled man in a room and left him there for about 20 minutes until he was so distressed he came into the waiting room and pleaded to know what was happening. I left in disgust without my test.
