After sales service was non exsistant, even when offering to pay for a warranty item it couldn't be arranged although contact was promised, never heard back. This happened on 2 occasions.

Its a family run business and it shows in there customer relations. they were honest friendly and really helpful and not stingy like a lot of other service teams around the country also the after sales service is second to none in my opinion helping me out long after the deal was done I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a hassle free fair purchase . thank you
