★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting footwear ever. Poor quality ever I have seen.... Strongly not recommended. Especially pregnant ladies, never buy from them if you love yourself and your kids. Footwear sole got rough and slipped just after couple of hours wearing. I am 5.5 months pregnant and was holding my 1.5 year old baby on my shoulders too. I end up slipped on the road and injured badly. Lucky my kids safe. Novo didn't even refund and act rudely. Seriously the first time ever I chose wrong footwear. There is Indian sales girl behaved arrogantly. Poor service, poor quality
