β β β β β Generally had real good experiences here so hard for me to post a review as generally they are very helpful and in this case I was helped but had serious issues with rep names Ash extremely unprofessional and almost lost my temper at her condensing tone. A sign to show how it takes a long time to build a good brand with great staff only to be ruined in a matter of seconds by one incompetent staff member. Thank you to the other staff who took over from this person.

β β β β β I was sitting outside of the warehouse at the base and one of your staff members flicked me fifty cents and said "I found this on the floor but you look like you'd appreciate it more than me"...in no way does the gesture of kindness come through when that sentence is used. That's offensive. Tell your staff to take there work jackets off if they're going to let their personal attitudes and behaviors out in public.

β β β β β Went to Vodafone, Te Rapa with my wife for our Wedding anniversary shopping. Itβs about 3pm this Monday, totally no customer at the time! 2 staff were chatting and another two on computers. No one seems like to care for the whole time when we were there, not even a word. Very poor service, but the WORST thing was their staff started to greeting and serving another random customer who came about 5 minutes after us. We were still totally invisible for them even there were still another 2-3 staff there doing nothing. We of course left and purchase nothing from there. Itβs very bad service , we are thinking to shift to another service provider especially as a 20 year loyal customer of Vodafone for both my family and business. Unbelievable!

β β β β β If it wasn't Leah, I would be very disappointed - lucky to have her helping.
Loads of frustrations beforehand but I will be focusing at the positive side and express my thanks to Leah here.
At least three things that she handled exceptional well there:
1. Noticed tension building in the store while with her own customer. Took over the responsibility and cooled down the situation.
2. Listened, and actually put in efforts to help, rather than those instant typical meaningless and careless response, like "yes, understand, BUT..." "come back again, and try your luckβγ
3. Set clear expectations, informed me what she is going to try, how long it will take, and the possible outcomes.
These oversea monopolies give you no choice, but have to do business with them, and by their rules. But it is the staff like Leah, make you feel, they are not just taking your money and provide the least by their policies, but do try to help and care about customers.
I appreciate that Leah and would like to thank you again.

β β β β β The staff here were absolutely disgusting to deal with. My damaged phone had to be sent away for repair & I was made to sign a contract for a loan phone that needed a new battery so was not in 100% working condition & was expected to pay $800 if I lost or damaged it. Upon questioning staff about this I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me? You're a cell phone dealer clean your act up. Consumer affairs have been notified. Will NEVER deal with Vodafone again!!
