β β β β β The customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady and guy there were not helpful and were very rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this place. And would not give them even a 1 star. I wouldnβt waste my money here.

β β β β β This company is not recommended because of its terrible communication. We agreed on after hour pick up and were promised that the lock box code will be sent through by text message, triple confirmed that and still didn't receive it, which brought lots of inconvenience coz we had to reschedule everything and went for pick up again!

β β β β β Disappointed experience with this place, referred by my insurance company cause I have a minor crack on the windscreen. There were no text or email confirmation or reminder once I booked in. And when I arrived there, they refused me to sit in their waiting room even with my mask on. It is already ORANGE light and I feel like they are just being paranoid. They say it is a protection of their staff but they can get Covid anywhere. They should let me know in advance that I am not allowed to be in the waiting room!
