They are friendly, efficient and kind. The repairs have been done quickly and to a high standard. I cannot recommend them enough and they are so old school in the right way, checking oil and water, going the extra mile with assistance, they really deserve 5 stars! thanks guys :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.7 I am a 72 old pensioner and was very impressed with the professional and friendly service from their team. Nothing was too hard and at a excellent price suited to a person like myself that is lacking in financial resources. I had a lot of work carried out over two days, so had time to observe their high level of workmanship and the quality of the products they used. I also had time to observe that other customers were well pleased with the service they received! They also listened to what I wanted done to my vehicle. The only negative comment I can make is the is the toilet could be better. If wasn't for that I would have given them a 4.9 review out of 5.
Before I retired I was the National Service Manager of a large Multinational Company and feel I am qualified to make the above comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use these guys. I had to give a deposit for a tyre and then before it arrived (two days after it was promised) my car was stolen! They won’t give my money back saying they have restocking fee (I wasn’t informed about that) and will only give me credit - not useful since I don’t have a car! Shame when a little compassion would have been nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a total rip off, would give them a 0 rating if google allowed me to give in. I would never recommend them to anyone anymore. They lost a good customer today. WARNING Please don't go for your warrant or any repairs. You never know what's happening inside. They have changed my washer motors. I read bad reviews here before and neglected it. They might be cheap just for tyres but do not trust them plz. Please do not neglect this review and DO NOT GO HERE. Take ur business to a good mechanic who is trustworthy.
Response to the owner -The reason I meant change of motor as follows
He accepted that he drained the water from the washer & forget to refill it. (After asking his colleague)
Because of that the motor is damaged. It works great before we left it for service. It stopped working the day we took the car after service.
Wear & tear will not happen in a day after I took the car from the service (like immediately) and that's the reason we called & inquired & were told multiple different reasons.
Without consent they removed the motor & gave it in hand saying it's off. When asked why did u remove it, to check the block & needs $$$ to put it back & gave a quote to fix it.
I paid $969 for the service, after doing the service right away I'm asked for $130. It's huge $$. He accepted the fact that he did not have the need to check it. What is the point of servicing or going to a mechanic and having paid a hefty amount? Also treating the customer badly by saying that we are aggressive. As he claims if his customers love him or he treats his customer well enough, he could have told the truth.?? Or called us in to fix the issue.
