About Now Broadband
The internet - and broadband - has been around for a while now but so have its frustrations. When it's working it's great, but when it's not, it gets in the way of things people are trying to do.
We were New Zealand's first telco to realise that Kiwi needed help inside their homes and businesses, not just over the phone. Our friendly experts have been doing what no other provider was prepared to do: visit our customers homes and offices to help.

β β β β β Slowest and most unreliable connection I have had high speed fiber with them in hamilton for 2 years the first year was fine but the secound year I called up to get Port fwording setup and ever since have has slow connection bearly 1mb up I called they have had people out and day there no issues they put in not attempt don't go through them

β β β β β Worst customer experience ever. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ISP!!! You will live to regret it and i am merely trying to stop others from being taken for a ride by these people. Halfway through my time with Now they chaged the price without notifying the account holder. Only to find out they had slapped hundreds of dollars on a bill that i never agreed to. When they were notified about this, they then pass you around to different people in their call centre thinking you will eventually give up. DO NOT BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE!!! READ THEIR REVIEWS. If i could give this isp a 10th of a star ? i would.
There was no agreement that the price would change this was before "Now" had come up with their so called sign up for 12 months get 6 months half price. I am not willing to leave my contact details with them to get passed around a call centre again. As customers are the reason why they have business i am hoping this review saves atleast one person from being taken for a ride by them. #DO NOT BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE!!!

β β β β β Incredibly inconsistent with its speeds and requires a phone call or three just to get things sorted. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Amazing how for two years they've managed to buy out the most satisfied customer award.

β β β β β Havenβt even received the modem yet. Called a million times for the tracking number took them two days to send it and by then time they sent it the parcel had been returned to them because attempted deliveries were tried and nobody was home. So now have to wait probably another week for the modem to arrive. Been nothing but stressful. I work from home and am a main source of income for my family of 4 - 2 kids under 2. You could only imagine how stressful this is. Had to have a week off work so far, if it wasnβt a lock in contract I would have left before even starting

We have had nothing but fantastic service from them.
When you call them they answer promptly and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I'm looking forward to when they start doing mobile services so we can change from 2 degrees.
What's even better they're 100% kiwi owned

I wouldn't normally be inclined to leave a review on a broadband company but they have genuinely helped me on multiple occasions. ( one router playing up and some inital issues when originally setting up )
