Shocking...bought 4G rural BB, the guy who sold tried to act like a smart Alec but got reasonably decent service, the product performed as told, plug and play was confirmed no charges for modem but as expected next month invoice had demand for an extra $200 or so for the modem? Called after endless transfer and over a month advised to go back to store and sort things out. BASTARDS!!!!

This is the 3rd time I have signed a 24 month contract with this cellphone network provider. Again, I got a new Samsung phone & it was a great upgrade from the last one & I got all the same needs as last time & STILL for the same price. You can't get that at many other companies. Imagine car dealers doing that! Yep, only an imagination.

Long wait to talk to staff who were busy with customers already. Store provided nowhere to sit while we waited. When we were eventually seen we received excellent customer service but still no seat to sit on. The other two staff members had one seat for each customer but ours had none. There were a lot of customers waiting to be seen who also had to stand around looking awkward and getting sore legs.

Why is Vodafone’s customer service so bad. I had a prepay mobile with them for 10years and because I didn’t use it for quite a while they cut off my phone and took my money. When I contacted them I waited in a queue for 20 minutes only to be told that I probably couldn’t get my number back and if it is available then I would have to buy a monthly plan and call back the sales team. Too hard. They obviously don’t want customers

Des Smith I have just been absolutely ripped off by Napier Vodafone, to the tune of $25. I went into see them on the 10/09/2020 and asked them if my expired sim card phone was still in working order and worth spending any money on. I explained that the phone was not going at all, as the screen was still blank and unresponsive even after being on charge for several hours. The lithium battery was checked by myself with a multi-meter after being recharged, and found to be fully charged. with the LED torch functioning normally. This suggested to me that the phone itself had a fault and that it should be consigned to the recycling bin. After their sales person checked it out, he stated that if I went ahead and fitted a new sim card to the phone, and loaded some call time on it, the phone would be fully functioning again. Foolishly, I accepted his expert advice, and went ahead with the installation of the new sim card and a loading of $20 call time, $25 in total. The following day I returned to the Napier Vodafone shop with the phone and explained that the phone was still unresponsive. On re-examining the phone they confirmed my conclusion that it was faulty, contrary to their opinion the previous day. I assumed that their would be no problem getting a refund off them for the $25 I had spent on their recommendation. In spite of having the receipt for the previous days transaction, the Manager insisted that none of money I had spent on their recommendation to get my phone working again, was refundable. I departed their premises minus the phone, the sim card, and my $20 of call time, with the distinct feeling that I had just been taken to the cleaners by these pic-pocketing shysters. My advice to anyone foolish enough to enter Vodafone Napier is BUYER BEWARE...

Fantastic range. The homewares people were great, the computer side could do with a little more product knowledge training as they didn't seem to understand all the products.
