★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for half an hour outside in the cold as only doing one in one out. Unfortunatley had had to leave before I even got to the front of the queue. I felt sorry for the elderly people and heavily pregnant women also waiting. Surely a few seats 2 metres apart could be provided in store. I am sure if I had managed to get inside the service would have been very good as it usually is.
