★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my phone usb port replaced, he said he would need to look for the parts but he'd be in touch, but he didn't phone back. Several months later I went back after multiple phone calls to him, I went back to the store and he said they were unable to order the parts. He charged me a checking fee which seems legally very shady as he did not follow through with a repair.

Attempted to scam $500 from me.
Terrible job after waiting for hours.
Uses poor quality glue. (Many reviews also say the same.)
Read the other reviews that the owner calls a "competitor trick" of bring down their rating and judge for yourself.
Full Story:
My phone had troubles with the screen of not turning on, so I took it to the local Tech Repair shop. The entire time I felt something wasn't right. Charged me $47 right away to get it checked out.
The Technition tried to sell me a 'legit' samsung screen replacement for over $500 when the offical services dont even charge that high.
Immediately declining his repair offer I asked him to put my phone back together, which ended up making the backside of the phone bulge out with clear crevices with this questionable looking yellow looking glue unevenly applied. After receiving the device, I force restarted the device and suddenly the phone was working as normal. I questioned the technician about it which he sheepishly called it a "miracle" and denied tampering or attempting to scam me.
At least its working now. Cant say for sure things were the way they are but there were plently of things that raised red flags.

Only took them 40mins for broken glass on iPad and then 2 hours for broken glass on iPhone II. 10/10 recommend as they always have stock meaning they could repair my devices straight away.

Hi,
I spoke to a few friends of mine after I handed over my laptop to you to fix it, just to get an idea about the issue, time and cost (issue was Windows didn’t get boot up, I wanted to fix it by saving data on it. NZ Electronics charged me $345.00 to fix it). People that I spoke are working for big IT companies in Auckland in the system engineering and desktop engineering capacity. I trust their skill set and knowledge as they daily fixing computers with similar type of issues. As per their feedback, the issue was in my laptop is not that complex and wouldn’t take that long to fix it, and surprised by the fee you charged. I understand that time and cost is depend on each one’s skill set, I am not arguing with you about that. However, I learned a lessen from this incident. I should have spoken to someone else with required expertise and seek advices before taking it to a merchant. Purpose of my comment is not to damage your business but to alarm others to think twice.
