★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to warehouse stationary wairau for passport size photograph and customer service lady said please wait for a while and someone will come and see you for photograph, no one turned up since long and I went to that lady again and ask for the same and she asked another two staff for photograph but they said we are not free.
After wasting my time she answered like that, one of the pathetic customer service & staff I have ever seen.

A young man Tyler helped me and he provided the best service ive got at a store. That man deserves a raise or something and the store is great in general, awesome customer service.... keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their guaranteed passport photo service, I should tell, Courtney staff at warehouse stationery, Wairau who helped us with passport photos for our family was fantastic and friendly. She was quick, and gave her best. ????. Happy with the outcome and service.

-Thursday: made photo order online
-Friday: went in store to pick up, was rudely told that they weren’t ready as the printing app was down. I requested that my order be cancelled as part of the order was to send photos overseas for Christmas, and for the cards to arrive on time I wasn’t able to wait for the photos.
-Saturday: I placed a new order less the photos I could no longer send overseas.
-Sunday:I was emailed saying my photos were being printed and would be ready to pick up within an hour
-Monday: came to pick up photos, was very rudely told that the photos weren’t ready and that I had to come back that afternoon. I requested that I was phoned when they were ready so that I didn’t waste my time coming in again if they weren’t ready. I was promised this would happen, no phone call was made.
-Tuesday: I called to get an update and was told that someone would call me back, no one called back. I called again and was again told that the photos weren’t ready and that they would be ready that afternoon. With a lack of confidence as I had been promised this twice previously, I requested my order to be cancelled.
I understand that Christmas is a busy time, and I also understand that computer programs break down etc. but the issue was the incredibly rude staff, lack of promised communication, and continual promises that the photos would be ready and that they were not.
Would never have photos printed here again. Terrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Got my photo taken for visa application and had to ask to be retaken and the person looked at me with a funny face. The size was still wrong had to pay to fix it. Very expensive photo and not going there again.
