★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed an Hail Report for a subdivision application and employed NZ Environmental on a recommendation. I found them friendly and efficient, and interesting. I received the report in less than a month - which was better then expected. These things are not cheap, but the fee was in the middle of the range I was expecting, and I am very happy with the way the process worked and the resulting report.
Can't fault them, so 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NZ Environmental gave me exceptional service with nil notice when we were hit with an unexpected demand for a HAIL report and Resource Consent in the hectic period just before Christmas. They pulled out all the stops to get the requisite sampling, testing and reporting done to a high professional standard enabling our Resource Consent application to be filed successfully with minimal delay and very reasonable cost.
I have no hesitation in recommending Trish, Heather and their team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed expert advice and HAIL analysis to get a potentially contaminated site assessment done as part of preparing a subdivision proposal and consent application. NZ Environmental were very easy to communicate with - prompt, friendly and professional. They provided good advice and competent analysis, particularly as we decided to deliver not just a Preliminary Site Investigation but a Detailed Site Investigation. They allowed me to read their report and put questions to them for clarification prior to finalizing it and providing it to the planner preparing the subdivision application. They were also reasonably priced compared with other firms who might have been able to do this work, not least because they are based locally in the Far North. All round great service.
