★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 12 year old went to get herself an ice-cream while I waited. The lady at the counter told her to wait and she will be back. Good ten minutes of waiting and she did not come back. Understand if she had gone to the toilet or something but does that need to have the customers waiting? How about putting in another staff in there. This is very unplanned and unprofessional.
