★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online 4pm for 530pm delivery got a call at 510pm they ran out of chicken so cancelled my order and said they couldn't transfer my order to another store and it was all paid for and no idea when I'll get my money back don't recommend this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Understand Vaccine passports are hard enough but the staff are so Rude and NO CLEAR SIGNAGE about it. Asking people when they're done their order makes no bloody sense. Get some manners too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "worst" KFC i ever meet!!!!! The staff are rude and don't listen to customers. I order a 12 pcs bucket and all i get is all small (chic) size chicken, (4x wings, 4x drum, 1x rib, 3x thight) not even meet half of the bucket. I wonder where this kfc get his skinny size chic from. Also the chicken are super dry and the flour are super hard. Random takeaway shop could taste better than them. Worst! Worst! Worst!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always seems to take ages to get served here and even longer to receive your food. Was disappointing, coating on the chicken was greasy yet the chicken itself was dry as. Staff were friendly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is not professional, I ordered an meal (not at front desk) and received confirmation on my phone. While I waited, I went to a nearby store for a few minutes. When I came back to collect my food, the worker says it was taken by someone else already…KFC really needs to check confirmation receipts when costumer pick up. Luckily, they cooked us another one.
