★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bad experiences here, staff are good and helpfull.... just can get confusing now NZ Post names its Post Shops and Post Centres all Postal Services.
Found out by accident this was not a PostShop (as such) as I went to pay my bills.
Until NZ Post decides what it actually wants to be.... then signage needs to say Hunters Plaza Post Centre (rather then Postal Services) as all the new stand alone full service Post Shops are also called Postal Services... Only difference 1 does billpay and 1 doesnt..
So if you have time you need to read the sign on the door (if th store you arrive at displays it)
Mind you.... NZ Post is rolling out new bill payment self service machines so may good if this store could get them.
PostShops were always full service and Post Centres werent... Now we have no clue since NZ Post wants to call them all Postal Services.
