β β β β β Where to start... First of all driver claimed I did not live at my home address as the reason for a failed delivery, despite me being home at the time the delivery was attempted.
Customer service would not return emails and promised phone calls never came.
The driver then decided to change my address on the parcel as he saw fit for delivery to a different suburb that has a street by the same name.
Advised customer service of this and no response at all.
So far this has been the only courier service that isn't able to find where I live and decided to take matter into their own hands to give me a new address. Terrible.
Update 23/08
My parcel I ordered from Aliexpress arrived from China before this one coming from Wellington.

β β β β β Terrible service. Paid extra for an overnight delivery, I have been waiting for 5 days and it still hasn't arrived. AVOID USING NZ COURIERS AT ALL COSTS, UNLESS YOU DON"T WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE SERVICE. THIS IS THE REASON WHY GOOGLE SHOULD IMPLEMENT NEGATIVE RATINGS. NOT RECOMMENDED

β β β β β You would have a better result throwing your package in the sky and hoping for the wind to carry it to its destination.
At least the wind knows my address for the last 10 years exists.
May I suggest Google maps?

β β β β β I suggest anyone to consider the use of another company which provide fast and safe delivery!
I had several bad experiences with NZ Couriers such as:
1) Parcels typically delivered with one week delay, even if is going from South Auckland to North Auckland! Walking there would be faster :)
2) or even worse, someone else parcel delivered to my address and never picked up after calling the company 3 times and having as reply 'yes, we come and pick up today'. After 3 weeks I decided to drive myself and deliver the parcel to the correct address! This is not acceptable.

β β β β β I just caught the courier stealing my package this afternoon. I was outside cleaning my car when I received an e-mail saying my package was delivered. I was surprised since I was outside the whole time and he would've easily seen me by my car (and the mailbox beside it).
I called customer service to report that I received an e-mail saying that my package was delivered but the item isn't in sight. They called the courier and the courier said he left it beside the garden hose, to which I said there was no garden hose outside.
The CS rep then told me to go back outside and check then lo and behold the courier is outside just about to drop off my package and was scanning. When he saw me approaching the door he hurriedly left without saying anything.
I attached a photo of my tracking history:
13:52 (He allegedly delivered the package, I was outside the whole time.)
14:32 (When I actually caught him leaving the package went he went back and I was on the phone with customer service reporting the whole thing.)
NZPost I know you know who the driver was because you contacted him for me. I hope doesn't deliver packages again, stealing people's hard earned money and packages.
