★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service when you call them always have a all round horrible experience with nz post. Dodgey lazy Couriers, “attempt” to “deliver” but after further investigations to find they do not even slightly attempt to deliver.

I was served by a young girl phoebe, I made a comment about getting things correct, she then said to me dont talk to me like that. phoebe needs education how to get the job done correctly. Any one reading this and gets offended soo be it, and dont bother replying to my feed back !!!
