★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit of a mix up between my docs and the pharmacy but a really lovely lady JESSICA handled my call and explained what she was doing and fixed any issues for me! She went above and beyond to get my script filled and sorted for me and even offered for someone to bring out if the line is crazy ridic as I did need it ASAP. (This is during quaritine aswell!) Couldnt be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy closing time of 8pm everyday, lovely polite staff and its prescription charges are one of if not the cheapest around.
I would've happily rated it 5 stars but I've had a few problems with inexperienced staff and medication that has been available to me but I was told it was not.
Apart from that its a great chemist, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called the pharmacy just after 5pm yesterday (1-11-2021) I was told that my repeat meds were ready (which by the way I did not request so was surprised when I called to request them to be told they were ready). However due to the fire I assumed you had closed early and was not able to collect my meds, only to find it closed again @ 6.30. I was not advised that the pharmacy is now closing at 6pm rather than 8pm when I called yesterday considering the time I did call. The only reason I know now is because I had to call Countdown and ask. This is now the second night without the meds I need. I have to rely on others to bring me down to collect them, so a heads up would have been the one.
