★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RadioLive is always chattering away in this business, just unnecessary for customers and only serves the two or three employees who work there. I'm undecided as to whether I prefer this post office over the Bayfair one. Service one should come to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The first time I came here I thought perhaps the staff member was having a bad day. The subsequent times I've had to use this post office, staff were unfriendly and rude. Sadly, I will have to go out of my way to find a friendlier post office.

It was very hard for me to get ahold of the store only for their number to hang up on me when I tried to call it except for one time when instead it made a horrible screeching noise. I went in store and asked the clerk whether or not their phone was going and if he could check for me. Once I was in store their phone was working perfectly fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is poor at best. I stopped going to this Post Office some time back as helpful and pleasant long time staff left and new owners took over. Today at my mistake I went back. Nothing has changed. I was quoted a price to post an item only to find it doubled when I went to post the item. Staff member admitted mistake but no apology. Never again.
