I was able to speak to somebody who knew which filter would be suitable for the Samsung Fridge.
He sent me a link for payment and I felt happier paying via Internet Banking rather than risk my credit card details on an unknown website.
John notified as soon as my order was completed and a day later it arrived at my front door.
I live in Blenheim so it was by overnight courier service.

John was extremely prompt and most helpful in providing guidance on which product to buy, then sending the product to me so that it reached me in 3 days and also providing guidance on how to install it properly (which was particularly important to me as my DIY skills are very limited at best). It was a pleasure dealing with John and should a similar need arise I will without hesitation go back to them.
