★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had dealing with the incompetence of this firm. Completely incorrect measurements, with no acceptance of responsibility for this. They changed the colour with no consultation even though we were matching with some existing frames. The customer service was appalling. We cannot believe they are still in business.
