★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from start to finish with Dave in sales, to the friendly and responsive Alyse, and Shane on site. A special mention to the installation team. Russell, Dave and Aaron were fantastic and finished our whole house in 2 short days (and blisteringly cold weather). The lads were professional, detail orientated and left the windows (and house) immaculately clean. The whole process took almost 7 weeks from signing to install (aluminium held things up), but it was worth it. We now have a warmer, healthier home. Thanks team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team were efficient, and helpful. I cannot fault the guys who came and fitted the windows. They were courteous and friendly, and the covid protocols were adhered to with no fuss. They also assisted with a broken catch on one of our other windows. They were the nicest people. The windows were cleaned and there was no mess. Highly recommended. The price was reasonable and much the same as a quote we had a few years ago. This is the first summer that the windows have been in, and the house was not noticeably cooler but the summer has been much hotter. We look forward to not having the condensation on the inside of the windows freeze over in the winter.
